NN Advogados was founded in 2002 by Brazilian lawyer Carlos Nicodemos and Dutch lawyer Frans Nederstigt, both committed to a legal practice grounded in ethical professional intervention, the Democratic Rule of Law, and the fundamental rights of clients, as enshrined in the 1988 Federal Constitution and International Human Rights Treaties.
